Quote of the year? 😂
We can't let people throw around that word. I call it the N-word. There are two N-words and you can't use either of them. You can't use either of them. Frankly, if it does get to use, we have more than anybody else.
That sounds ... yeah.
Before CNN starts talking about how the president is a racist (again), Trump made the comment during a part of his speech to America's top military leaders on Tuesday where he was talking about the deployment of submarines to counter Russian aggression. The clip makes (more) sense in the full context:
My theory? Because Trump just told everyone that you can't use the word "nuclear" or "nukes," he modified this sentence and excluded the nouns:
If it does get to use, we have more than anybody else. We have better, we have newer, but it's something we don't ever want to even think about it.
Translation:
"If nukes do get used, we have more nukes than anybody else. We have better nukes, we have newer nukes, but it's something we don't ever want to even think about it."

Americans can sleep better at night knowing that the Navy has a nuclear sub watching the Russian shores.
It's just lurking, but I'm sure we're not gonna have to use it.
Not unless you use the other N-word, Mr. President!
