They want civil war in Minneapolis, but I don't think Police Chief Brian O'Hara is 100% onboard because look at this scene from Wednesday night:

To be fair to Frey, he didn't actually say he wants cops to be fighting ICE agents. He said residents want officers to fight ICE agents (he doesn't mention if those residents include a Mr. Jacob Frey lol).
