Jeff Metcalf, who went on TV to forgive his son's unrepentant killer, who has done everything he can to keep peace in a dangerous racial situation, is being attacked BECAUSE he's upset about the killing of his son.
A 'swatting' call was made Thursday to an address linked to the family of the Frisco teenager who was fatally stabbed at a track meet earlier this month, police confirmed to The Dallas Morning News.
Frisco police said officers responded earlier in the evening to a gunshot call to an address involving Austin Metcalf's family. Grant Cottingham, a police spokesperson, said the call turned out to be false.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but swatting someone is just as much attempted murder as stabbing someone at a track meet. You are calling the police in the hopes that they will kill the targeted person.
Understand, there are people out there who are supporting Karmelo Anthony's defense fund specifically because they are happy he is charged with murdering a white kid.
