Any woke celebrities want to take back their statements that Renee Good was murdered by Trump's stormtrooper, or nah?
That's CBS News reporting this.
Not Newsmax.
Not Alex Jones.
Make sure to send this to your woke friends and family who think the officer had no lawful reason to draw his weapon when Renee Good floored her 3.000-pound death machine into his gut.
If they think CBS News has gone MAGA because liberal feminist Bari Weiss is now in charge, send them to the House of Mouse:
More details from CBS:
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent who fatally shot Renee Good last week in Minneapolis, Jonathan Ross, suffered internal bleeding to the torso following the incident, according to two U.S. officials briefed on his medical condition.
It was unclear how extensive the bleeding was. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed Ross' injury, but has not yet responded to CBS News' requests for more information. This story will be updated as we learn more.
Videos from the scene showed Ross walking away after the incident.
It's worth noting that you can suffer quite a bit of trauma and keep moving when the adrenaline is running.
It's also worth noting that "bruising" and "internal bleeding" are not the same thing, meaning regardless of how "small" the impact looked to some people, you can't always predict how impacts affect the body.
My favorite thing?
Watching the same people who PASSIONATELY told me that Officer Derek Chauvin knelt on poor George Floyd's neck trying to get technical about "camera angles" and "government coverups" in this Minneapolis case. π€‘
Whether or not Ross was 100% justified is up for debate, but the man suffered significant injuries when another person rammed him with a car just six months prior to the altercation with Renee Good.
Ross, a 10-year law enforcement veteran with ICE, was seriously injured in June in a separate incident in the Minneapolis area when he was dragged by a car during an attempted arrest, requiring 33 stitches and hospital care, court records show.
What is not up for debate is Good's repeated obstruction of lawful commands by a peace officer, or the fact that she did, intentionally or not, hit Ross with her vehicle.
This begs the question:
Is it morally right for leftist mobs to be committing violence in the streets on behalf of Renee Good, including doxxing Ross and threatening him, his wife, and the rest of his family?
