Homie had a little bit too much fun, don't ya think?
A Democrat Connecticut Representative, Aundré Bumgardner, is facing DUI and reckless driving charges after being pulled over by the cops when they saw him driving with a flat and barely able to keep on the road.
Here's the bodycam footage from his examination and arrest.
Cop: You're going to walk to one end, turn around ... don't stop the test until the end of the test.
Bumgardner: Yes, sir. It is a bit windy, sir.

And it was at this moment we all knew it was over for Aundré.
Here's a little bit more about the arrest.
Bumgardner, 30, initially told officers he had 'struck something' in the road and was returning home from an 'event' with constituents, according to the report.
Authorities noted one of his vehicle's front tires was flat and 'barely staying on the rim,' and Bumgardner's eyes were 'red and glossy' with a 'strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath as he spoke.'
Representative Bumgardner also told the police during the sobriety test that, "I'm not much of a balancer."

Police also discovered a woman sleeping in the backseat of the car, she turned out to be his wife.
And Aundré actually fessed up to it afterwards in a statement to voters, not making any excuses.
'Last night, I was cited for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence,' Bumgardner said in a statement Monday. 'I take full responsibility for my actions and deeply regret this mistake. I am grateful that no one was harmed and that no accident occurred.'
What can you say? The man seems to just be paying homage to a time-honored Kennedy Democrat tradition.
The only difference is that it's actually his wife in the backseat of the car.
