Man, this is some of that "promises made, promises kept" stuff that the media never talks about.
During the Biden administration, we saw one of the worst environmental disasters in recent American history which was botched from beginning to end.
But Trump, ever the man of the people, visited the city in what some saw as a soft launch of his 2024 campaign. During this visit, he made a promise to the people of East Palestine that he wouldn't forget them.
He hasn't:
This is a very big day, not just for East Palestine, but for anybody who wants to understand the connection between the chemicals that we use every day and the effects that it has on people's health.
No one has tried to do this in this particular way, I think it's going to benefit millions of Americans. We're going to know more than we knew because of the hard work of the guys standing next to me [RFK Jr. and Jay Bhattacharya].
