This was before the shooting:
You can see the man is walking with a slight limp, possibly because he is concealing a rifle under his clothing.
TMZ says the man was pictured heading to campus three minutes before he arrived on campus. Six minutes following the shooting, as students were seen fleeing past this same street, a man in similar dark clothes can be seen running through the backyard of one of the houses across the street.
The man's shirt seems to be the same as the man pictured in the FBI's release of these photos earlier:
