Leftists had previously decried the picture of the crying woman, saying Trump was being a big meanie who picks on plus-sized minorities in urban food deserts, or some woke nonsense like that.
As it turns out, Virginia Basora-Gonzalez was previously convicted of trafficking fentanyl - the drug responsible for 73,000 of the 108,000 overdose deaths in the U.S. in 2022 alone - and deported, only to sneak over the border again.
