Earlier, Trump and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte had been talking about Iran and Israel. Trump said the two countries were like "two kids in a schoolyard" who needed to duke it out for a minute before the adults could step in and stop the fight.

Rutte laughed and said sometimes the dad needs to step in to stop the children from fighting with "strong words," which was likely a reference to the F-bomb Trump used on Tuesday while expressing his disappointment with Israel and Iran.

Because Rutte is Dutch, he probably didn't understand how using the word "daddy" like that sounds pervy to English speakers.
