There's a good chance this austere religious scholar (and his taxpayer-funded braces) posted this as rage bait, but he's expressing the universal Islamic belief in "Ghalabat al-Islām," or the supremacy and takeover of the entire world before the end times. Muslims believe the whole earth must be subjugated and submitted to their god Allah ("submission" is the root meaning of the words "Muslim" and "Islam").
While some Muslims seek to fulfill this through war, many today have chosen replacement migration to the West as the way to get a foothold for a future takeover.
This is why the Somali man asks Americans - real Americans - to tell him why they deserve this land. He wants to know why this soil and this Tree of Liberty is ours, not his, but behind that question is a deeper one:
He wants us to explain why his god is wrong.
