Yes, the Supreme Court ruled that only those born female can be considered women.
As you may have guessed, this has become the talk of the town in the UK. So much so, that one of our favorite UK journalists, Julia Hartley-Brewer, had on one of her favorite guests, a non-binary, to talk about it.
Here's how that went:
"I feel unsafe."
And just leaves.
And until we hear more from Shivani Dave, I guess we can only assume that she identifies as a nobody.
