These men-in-women's-spaces stories seem to be popping up everywhere these days.
This one is from the YMCA in North Kansas City, where a man exposed himself to a 7-year-old in the girls' locker room and then proceeded to tell the girl's mother "Honey, I'm a woman."
Real life story. Not made up.
Typical story, and we're almost desensitized to it at this point. Hate to say it.
An investigation is underway in Clay County after a local mother reported that a man exposed himself in the women's locker room at the North Kansas City YMCA.
I'd love to see the police nab this guy, but we all know what happens next. The man continues to claim he's a woman, the law somehow allows this to be a thing, and everyone forgets about the story.
I mean, look at the YMCA's response to this:
The YMCA of Greater Kansas City is aware of a reported incident in the locker room at the North Kansas City YMCA on April 12, 2025. We continue to investigate the incident and are unable to provide further details at this time. We also are cooperating with the North Kansas City Police Department as they conduct their investigation. The safety and well-being of all of our members is a priority, and we take this concern seriously.
We follow all state and local laws, and individuals are allowed to use the locker room or restroom that they identify with. At the North Kansas City YMCA, we also have four private universal changing rooms available, separate from the larger shared locker rooms, for anyone who prefers the privacy they offer.
To ensure all Y members' standards of privacy are respected and safety is prioritized when using any of our shared locker rooms, members are asked to wear a towel, wrap or other clothes at all times, which is communicated to members when they join in our Member Handbook.
The new women's locker room:
They're gonna need more than four of these if they want to keep up with demand!
The "Young Men's Christian Association."
They should change the name to the "Old Men's Pervert Association," or OMPA for short.
For the record, North Kansas City is pretty progressive when it comes to transgender politics, though I'm not quite sure their laws cover men exposing themselves to little girls in the women's locker room at the Y.
